This Webpage is using Significant Memory in Safari?

Good afternoon, recently I have been getting the message 'This webpage is using significant memory. Closing it may improve the responsiveness of your Mac' constantly, even when I only have one tab open or just by watching a YouTube video with no other application opened. Is there something wrong with my MacBook Air knowing that I've had it for less than a year and that I take good care of it, also I have done the latest update. Kind regards

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

Welcome to Apple Support Communities Jules-Aymeric,

We can definitely understand the concern with getting this error message when using Safari. Does this happen on any website that you use? Since noticing this issue, has you're Mac been restarted? Is your Mac running the latest macOS ( macOS Big Sur 11.5.2 is the latest)?

Check out the troubleshooting steps in this article: If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected.

Hope that helps!
