There is no sound to the ringtone when someone called me?

Also make sure you are on the latest OS for your iPhone by following the instruction in this article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204

Do you have Do Not Disturb enabled? Settings>Do Not Disturb

Do you have the mute switch enabled? It's the slider just above the volume buttons.

Do you have unknown callers silenced? Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers
