Shift-Command-R doesn't work MacBook Air (M1, 2020)

I don't know how to get this to work so I can convert a web article to text, without ads. Any tips?

Macbook Shortcut issue. Every time I try to press Control+ V, I get "p" in response. Paste command is not working. None of the data gets pasted. I only get 'P' in response instead of the copied text. Can anyone help me out here. Need to know how to fix it.

System Preferences > Keyboard > Text I have a "Text Substitutions.plist" plist file full of shortcut to load and nothing happens (except for the box lights up and green + sign lights up) but none of the shortcuts load up. Import text replacements On the Mac where you want to import the text replacements, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Keyboard , then click Text. If you’re working in an app, you can also choose Edit > Substitutions > Show Substitutions, then click Text Preferences. Drag the Text Substitutions.plist file from its location to the Text pane.

Selecting multiple objects using Command not working in OS Monterey Is there a fix that will allow selection of multiple (unconnected) lines of text in Pages 11.1 using OS Monterey? The Command key no longer works for this function in Pages or on any other application. (Note: I am NOT using OS X 10.11. I AM using OS X 12.3.1)

Sorry I don't have an M1 Mac but what key combination do you see when you click the Safari > View menu? Does "Show Reader" show with the same key combination? I would expect it does and so what happens when you click the menu?
