Unable to find setting location to enter printer code.
Well, I'm stumped.
I've been trying to print to a network printer requiring a printer code for days, but can't find anywhere to actually enter the setting on the latest mac version. I've tried printing from several different applications, none of which show the required printer option fields. For reference, these are the steps I've been told to follow: https://www.macworld.com/article/234645/cant-print-to-an-office-printer-you-may-need-to-enter-an-access-code-in-macos.html (In every app, the menu is just the simplified version of this, with only the top section showing and no multi-choice drop down)
I've tried similar methods, looking for some way to find the output method settings, or a checkbox that displays any sort of advanced setting, but every application I've printed from (Word, Safari, google, preview, photos, Adobe) just show the same simple settings (though some have ones specific to their application). I've also gone through just about every printer setting and printer driver setting I could find in the OS, though I'm not the most advanced with Mac troubleshooting. Once I find the place to enter the printer code, I can save the preset, but I just can't find it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
