How do I get the bar code on my Apple Wallet for my tickets

A friend sent me football tickets via email to my Ticketmaster account. I moved the tickets to my wallet, but the bar code did not appear. How can I get the barcode for my tickets in my wallet?

Apple wallet I loaded two basketball tickets into apple wallet. When I open the app only the last one loaded shows up. If I tap on the ticket it shows it is ready to be scanned at the venue. If I delete this ticket then the other ticket shows up ready to scan. I don’t like this because how can I really be sure all the tickets are in the wallet. Apple wallet distorts ticket QR codes Hi. I have noticed that whenever I add a ticket to Apple wallet, it squashes or distorts the original square QR code (on the ticket) into a short, wide rectangle (in Apple wallet). For this reason, I have avoided using Apple wallet for tickets. I am just wondering whether other people have experienced this, whether the codes will still work in this distorted form and if not, how to fix it. Thanks for any help you can provide.

You should contact Ticketmaster support. If you used their system to add to wallet or opened the email pass, to add to wallet, everything should be in place.
