I have a 32 minute video taken on my iPhone that has been uploaded to my Photos, how do I move or transfer the video to another file out of Photos?

You can drag it from your library to a folder. There may be other sharing options too. Select the video then the share tool (box with arrow coming out). It's probable that the video is too large to email or use other options.

File -> Export -> Export Unmodified Original
Use the File ➙ Export ➙ Export Unmodified Original for 1 Video menu option. This will give you the original file imported into the library.
Thank you all for the assist. After another hour of playin with it I figured out how to export it. But I could not drag and drop for some reason.
