iPhone 11 froze

All of the apps on my I Phone 11 are froze. All the functions along the bottom work but nothing above the line works. So I can get on the internet, send a text message or check my email but I can't open the camera app or the notes app or maps etc.

Hi, did you try a hard reset?

Press the volume up button once
Press the volume down button once
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Keep holding even when you see Slide to Power Off
Keep holding until you see the Apple logo

Do this carefully.
