i cant restore my whatsapp backup
i got very good connection
it stuck & not restoring & i cant get any of my chats
i need contact immediately

WhatsApp is not an Apple product. You will need to contact WhatsApp support.
Note that the ONLY place WhatsApp chats are stored is on your phone, or in a WhatsApp iCloud backup if you explicitly made one. There is nowhere else to download WhatsApp content.
