I am unable to restore my whatsapp chats from icloud backup , i have tried every possible step I know , sign out and in apple id , google account , uninstall and install whatsapp , restart my iphone turning off screen time , icloud drive turn off and on and much more , still it is showing 'couldn't restore chats ' i am facing this issue since last 3 - 4 days . I have to restore it anyhow since i have very important data in it .

Hey mate,
Try to do a full reset in your phone and choose a backup day before the problem.
It will take a really long time to restore it (even if you have good internet). Do not cancel the automatic restore in the first time (when turn on the phone for the first time after full reset).
If you have something important to save after the backup point do it manually.
