Lower a brightness of white color on MacOS (eye straight)

I had the same problem with my iPhone (I couldn't work with a phone for a long time, because eye straight) and I turned on "Reduce Whitepoint" on iOS and it's helped me.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to do the same thing with my MacBook 2020.

This functionality doesn't help me (https://i.stack.imgur.com/dk9XA.jpg)

I need something like this (https://i.stack.imgur.com/LlkZn.jpg, not my screenshot)

Maybe someone can recommend some programs to reduce brightness of white color.

Also I need some Anti glare screen (without Privacy Protection), maybe someone can recommend any products?

I will be grateful if someone helps
