I want to know why my iPhone7 isn't having the Reset and Software update categories

No one here has any idea why. Where are you looking?
- Settings/General/Software Update
- Settings/General/Reset
If you don’t see them your phone may be controlled by Mobile Device Management (MDM) or you might have a company or school email account on the phone, and the administrator may have disabled these functions.
