New iMac as monitor for MacBook
I have a brand new iMac running on BigSur. I also have a MacBook pro running on BigSur. I would like to use my iMac as a monitor for my Macbook. Is that possible?

+1 Jack is correct. Please remember that iMacs are computers and were never designed to be external displays for other devices. If your MBP needs an external display, please buy one, they start at about $100 and are simple to setup.
Sorry, that is not possible.
