PowerBeats Pro won't connect with MacBook Pro. They used to connect with it just fine. They do still connect with my iPhone. Both case and ear buds are 90-100% charged. I hold down the front button until the white light blinks. The PowerBeats show up in the Bluetooth list on the MacBook, as "Not Connected." When I click "Connect," I get the message, "Connection failed."
Now what should I do?

In particular, check out the "Use Forget Device, then pair your Beats again" and the "Reset your Beats product, then pair them again" sections for the issue you've noted.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did try the "Forget..." method, but that didn't work. What did work was a suggestion from that list --- I used a microfiber cloth with just a bit of computer screen cleaner sprayed on it to wipe the contacts on the earbuds and the earbud case. Now all is good!
