My iPhone will not update to anything past 12.5.4. I need at least 13.0 to use my medical app. How can I get the newest update to install? I have followed the instructions and the update page says I already have the latest update but I really don’t.

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately I have a video conference with my healthcare provider but it can only be done through their app and I can’t get a new phone by the 15th and I doubt they’re going to update their app by the 15th either. I guess I’m SOL. Thanks anyway!
