E mail sent from Itunes
I received an e mail from itunes telling me I purchased storage for 499.00 for a year but I never bought that

Have got charged to your payment method? If yes, please check your purchase history first to find out the charge https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088
If you found the charge on your purchase history, you can report it that you don’t make that transaction on website https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
If you didn’t found any charge on your purchase history, you can check payment sharing if you had family sharing account on your account.
After all steps but still not found, please contact apple support for any help.
