Color printing

One day to the next, I cannot print color.

iMac 21"; software up to date

HP Envy Photo 7800 series; program, drivers etc deleted, entirely reinstalled with refreshed computer

My wife has almost the same computer, and can print remotely, in color, to the same printer, so it's my computer.

Suggestions? (I know I can share everything with wife, and she can print it for me... but)

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

Unable to print in color on new imac I am unable to print in color. I have a printer HP8720. I have tried everything including deleting and reinstalling the printer software. There seems to be no option available to chose black and white or color. I spent an hour on the telephone with Apple Support who were unable to solve the problem and suggested I go into store where I purchased it which was IQ in Guernsey. Helpful as they were they were not able to solve the problem! Help!! interestingly I can print in color from my iPhone 13 straight to the printer but my IMAC will only print in black and white.

iMac will only print B&W iMac (24inch, M1, 2021); HP Officejet 200 purchased and setup Nov 12 2021. From iMAC can only print B&W, all other devices inc various iPhone and iPad can print color. Printer Status Report and Quality Report print correctly and in color. Problem exists whether use wireless or w USB. Problem exists for all iMac applications from which I want to print, Kofax PDF; Microsoft Word, Excel etc; Preview; pages, Safari, Maps, Opera, desktop HP printed color from iMac correctly - until this week. During HP setup I used "Basic Setup" option and this downloaded all latest, relevant HP software/driver to iMac. Nov 21 in effort to resolve this I uninstalled HP software from iMac - but makes no difference. iMac still only prints B&W and other devices print color iMac System preferences seem to offer no option, setting adjustment to address this - yet this is clearly an iMac issue - not an HP printer issue. Solutions advise gratefully received , but please dont ask the obvious that is clarified above.

Printing from Mac in color I have a very odd issue. My Mac Mini will not print anything in color. HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 is on the same wifi network as my Mac. I can see the printer on the network. It will only print in black/white. I can not find where to choose color for printing. I have tried several different applications to print from, including the HP Smart app. I have NO problems printing in color from the other devices on my network.

Please do the following in this order:

·Uninstall all HP software, put in the Trash and empty the Trash.

·Please reset the printing system per Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem

·Next, follow the instructions in Adding a printer
