I've paid for an hbo max subscription throught apple and it isn't recognized on the app or tv or pc. What do I hane to do?

I've paid fpr an HBO max subscription but it doesn't recognize it when i sign it

Apple customer service can assist you in possibly connecting your account or giving you a refund for the amount spent if a solution can't be found. The chat feature is super helpful and responsive.
