I recently had bought the IPad Air 4th gen and after a while when had started taking screenshots my crop and frame edit tools wasn’t working, like i would take screenshots, zoom and frame parts, but whenever I saved it, the photo would be saved without the edited adjustment. How do i fix this issue or what can be done about it?

It sounds like when you Edit photos and videos on iPad the changes don't save and we’re happy to help! Make sure to tap Done when you’re finished editing your screenshots, photos or videos, see Take a screenshot or screen recording on iPad. If you tapped Done to save your edits, but the edits didn’t save, follow the steps found in the Apple Support resources below, then check to see if the problem is still there after each one:
