Screenshot editing not possible since 2 days
How is it possible that suddenly screenshot editing cannot be saved on iPad suddenly ... what could have gone wrong
how can some setting have gone wrong ?

It’s a known bug. There is a workaround until it’s fixed - simply trim/resize the image before saving.
