You'll want to work directly with Apple's sales support team. The best way to reach them is to go to Apple.com and scroll to the bottom of the screen. At the bottom, under the About Apple header, you'll see a Contact Apple option. Click that and the first thing on the ensuing page will be info on contacting Apple's online store team in your region.
