Camera not working iPhone 12 pro

So I dropped my phone and noticed the back camera and flashlight quit working. I got an insurance replacement and the back camera on the replacement phone.

ive googled and done all normal troubleshooting ie power on/off, made sure it up to date, went through camera setting. Nothing is reading the back camera. Camera app, FaceTime, Snapchat. Could it be a software issue
