A. Was iCloud Messages Set Up?:

If you have Messages enabled with iCloud, then check and see if they reside in there, using another device associated to iCloud, that has not been associated to the internet yet. That way, nothing will sync.

B. Any Backup of your iPhone?:

If you backed up your iPhone, then restore them from that.

To Clarify:

That has not been connected to the internet since these have been trying to be recovered. If they reside on the device, then they will be recoverable, being it will not sync with iCloud.

That makes no sense. If this device has not been connected to the internet it never had the messages in question and they have been deleted. Turning on messages on this device cannot recover something that is deleted.

If they have another device that has not yet been associated with the internet then how would the messages have ever been on this other device?
