About Purchases:

iTunes Gift Cards are only usable in the location/region in which they were purchased. So, you cannot make use of one, wherever it is purchased. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the federal government.

Those are eMailed Gift Cards - and I'm not so certain you could use those in your own location.

You can't. There aren't any iTunes Store gift cards intended for the Philippines.
