Logitech Combo Touch trackpad issues - iPad Pro 2020 11”

I have a problem with my Logitech keyboard for iPad. After few minutes of working properly, it stops working. Does not respond on any movement or pushing it. When I press any button on keyboard it comes back to normal working. What should I do? Keyboard shipped today and it’s very sad to say that it happened few times in an hour.

Ive been having the same issues with mine! What I found helps is having the backlight on at all times or at least super dim if it bothers you! For some reason the track pad will go into some sort of ‘hibernate’ mode if the keyboard isn’t active for a certain amount of time! Its the only ‘fix’ we have until Logitech acknowledges it and patches it in a software update!

Hello Kacper213,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your Logitech Trackpad stops working until you tap on the keyboard. We'll do our best to assist.

If this seems to disconnect while in use, then it might be best to unpair the Keyboard and Trackpad, then pair it again: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Make sure there isn't any interference happening: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

Test another Keyboard or Trackpad, to see if it persists.

If it continues to occur, consider taking back the Logitech Keyboard/Trackpad for an exchange or replacement (if possible).

Hoping this helps out, take care!
