Apple ID has been locked by the security reasons

I Don't why my apple I'd has been locked by the security reasons

And I have changed passwords and all but it can't be open

And I can't update my application of my iPhone

if you have read

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

and it does not help then you should reach out to apple Get Support (apple.com)
