You can use Dvorak and Colemak with a hardware keyboard without any third party add-ons. But I think they may only be available with the keyboard set to English.

I use the Magic Keyboard(UK) with my iPad and I can see the Dvorak under the Hardware Keyboard layout list (General -> Keyboard -> Hardware Keyboard) but Colemak is not available. Is there a way to assign the Colemak layout to the hardware keyboard?

I think you may need to switch to English (US) to have Colemak.

To ask Apple to add this to English (UK), you can use
