Keyboard layout

Hello ~You can change keyboard language but to the options you are asking about you will need to download from App Store. Take a look here for changes you can make without app:

When you have a hardware keyboard connected, a new item called Hardware Keyboard appears in settings > general > keyboard and this has a large number of options for the key mapping.

I think you may need to switch to English (US) to have Colemak.

You can use Dvorak and Colemak with a hardware keyboard without any third party add-ons. But I think they may only be available with the keyboard set to English.

That's not the right place. Try going to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and replace English (UK) by English (US).

Tried changing the Language & Region to US english but it didn't work. iPad picks up the keyboard as UK english (which it is) and doesn't list down Colemak.
