Charged for apple care+ for a product I was refunded

I ordered AirPod pros on Amazon (official apple product) and got apple care+ aswell, but I was at work when they arrived and my roommate didn’t have the serial code so the order was cancelled and refunded. However, I was still charged for the apple care+ (£30) and there is no way to refund it or speak to anyone about it, could use some help.
