I want to setup my apple ID on my account created on mac book pro, by mistake it has my wife's apple id on it and account it mine. How do it change that ? At the end, i want both apple ids to be valid.

Easy. Sign your user account out of your wife's Appe ID, and sign back in with your own. (System Preferences > Apple ID)

Then create a new user account for your wife and use her Apple ID credentials to sign that account in. (System Preferences > Users & Groups)
