changing my Apple ID

I recently got a MacBook Air 13 inch with the Apple M1 processor, running Big Sur 11.1 and during the set up, I decided to set up an entirely new Apple ID account. I'm thinking that I might rather combine it with my preexisting account (we have a Mac desk top, 2 iPhones and an iPad on that account) so the info is shared. Can I do that?

You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
