Do you have a VPN client add-on installed, or any ad-blocking extensions? If so, disable and remove those, and see if the problem persists.

If you are on a school or institutional or business Wi-Fi network, check with the IT staff managing the network.

If you’re on your own private Wi-Fi network, try rebooting the router.

Hello Sh_Valentina.

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:

  1. Which iOS version are you using? Tap Settings > General > Software Update to find out.
  2. Is this happening in Safari or in the YouTube and TikTok apps?
  3. Does this happen when you're using cellular data or when you're using Wi-Fi?

Thanks.
