To turn on cellular is not an option

I need to have cellular on my watch the steps to do it doesn’t work . Verizon tells me to go watch app click all watches and turn on cellular. That is not an option

Do you have a cellular Apple Watch or a GPS only Apple Watch

The cellular Apple Watch has either a RED dot or a RED ring on the side of the digital crown.
