We see that you're looking for help with changing or deleting an app review that you left, and we'd like to help the best that we can.
If you go to the App Store and locate the app that you left a review on, let's act as if you're leaving a new review to see if your previous review appears. If so, do you see the options to change the review there? If not, tap your profile at the top right within the App Store > tap your Name and Apple ID shown at the top > Ratings and Reviews > then swipe to see if you can delete the review.
