Possibly a networking issuse if it affects all of your Apple TV devices.


  1. Please unplug your modem from it's power source for 2-3 minutes and then restart.
  2. Please unplug your router from it's power source for 2-3 minutes and then restart.
  3. Please unplug your Apple TVs from it's power source for 2-3 minutes and then restart and retest.
