My side button that controls ring/vibration is not working so my phone does not ring out. Is there any way i can manually change it to ring

You may need to get that repaired as that cannot be circumvented

Hello ~ It could be that you might have Do Not Disturb enabled. Check Settings*Do Not Disturb

Check to make sure your volume is turned up. Also toggle your ring / vibration switch on and off.
