I have two devices iPhone 5. Since a week try to update my software 11 or 12. Because my banking and other apps not supported. My device currently software is 10.3. Please suggest me how can install new software to support new apps.

You cannot, the hardware on this phones cannot run anything higher and you cannot update the hardware. You will have to look for a newer model phone that your bank supports.
