My iphone X has a full storage like 63.4GB of 64gb.
Then suddenly my screen turned black. when I touched it, it make a little sound like it is asking for the password. But all I can see on the screen is BLACK.
Tried the hard reset, (Vol up-down and power on button). It didn't work.
What else can i do here?

I hope you backed up recently because most remedies will restore the phone to empty, including a repair.
We could argue that ios should stop us using all the space until the phone jams but that would only encourage another class action.
See the process below, using the Update option if possible.
