iPhone12 Pro cannot link to TV with HDMI and adapter

I try to link my iPhone 12 Pro to a TV or video projector with a HDMI cable and adapter. It does not work, but when using other iPhones have no problems.

Apple help has said that the problem must have to do with iPhone 12 Pro and last updates. Other iPhone models work without problems with the same HDMi wire and adapter.
