Hello there teodora_miryanova,
Thanks for posting here on the Apple Support Communities! This is a place where other Apple users can submit questions or respond to others to help lend a hand. Let's take a closer look as we do our best to provide some additional insight.
We understand you're having some issues connecting to this Wi-Fi network. Does the same thing happen with any other Wi-Fi networks at all? The reason we ask is from the screenshots you provided, your network is configured with outdated WEP security.
If you're able to connect to other Wi-Fi networks just fine, but still have issues with this specific one after completing these steps: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network then the cause would be with your specific Wi-Fi network and/or router configuration.
If that's the case, you'll need to properly configure your router using Apple's suggested settings: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points If you're not sure how to do that, then you may need to contact your router manufacturer or your ISP if it was provided by them.
After updating the security type and configuration of your router, you should not have any issues connecting in the future.
We hope this helps get you pointed in the right direction.
Take care.
