ipad pro 9.7 inch wont charge after 14.7.1 update

my ipad pro 9.7 inch model A1674 wont charge now after 14.7.1 update when i turned it off it charges and automatically turn on but when its battery got down i put it in charge it shows charging when it is off. but when it turns on it shows low battery and no charging and now it is completely dead tried everything dfu mode recovery mode no display now because battery drained out completely whatever is happening it is happening after updating help me please.

Then it is time for youto search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have your Apple iPad diagnosed and options presented you.

Failing that,

You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.

Use the Hardware Repair & Battery usage & Charging support categories.

Before contacting Apple, do you own any other known good charge/power cables and Apple adapter blocks that you csn test with that iPad?

Power/charge cables and Apple power/charging adapters fail all the time from constant use.

If it is a battery issue, or dead/failed battery only, a possible device replacement, in lieu of an actual battery replacement, will cost you $99 U.S.D., plus tax and not have to purchase another iPad model.

ONLY Apple can determine this.

For older iPad models with a Home button, try a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake/power button simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.
