Itunes for MACBOOK

I want to install iTunes and get it confined to backup my iPhone to an external Hard Drive and I'm getting error "Required old version"

If your Mac is running macOS Catalina or Big Sur, iTunes cannot be installed because it was discontinued and replaced with other apps. See: What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support
