Medical ID, changing info

Trying to change my Medical ID on iPhone XR. When I try to tap my profile picture, nothing happens, so I can't edit my medical info! What am I doing wrong?

Force quit the Health app, then try again. Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
