Medical ID screen

When I try to use my phone on my Iphone XR, I get the Medical ID screen, I cannot use the 'cancel' or the 'done' buttons to access the phone. How can I fix this problem?

First try a Forced restart

Medical ID Preventing Me From Making Phone Calls Medical ID on my My Iphone 13 Pro Max is blocking access to my so I can not make phone calls or gain access to my contacts. I have pressed Cancel and Done and nothing happens. All other apps working as designed. It should be noted that I never opened the Medical ID app since I have had the phone. The phone icon had a red circle with a 1 in it which I thought was a missed call. I need to know how I can delete or turn off Medical ID.
