How can I get Medical ID info off the top of my iPhone?

I have an iPhone 11 and set up medical ID through health app. When I finished, I tried to close with done but the medical app info screen doesn’t go away. It covers my phone screen so I can’t see my contacts or pull up the phone grid to call. Help.

Have yo tried restarting your phone?

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
