Apple smart battery case for iPhone 7

I bought the iPhone Se(2020) and after having it for 4 months I bought the apple smart battery case for iPhone 7 and it fit perfectly and worked

i have had two other battery cases made by apple previously and they lasted and held up for over 2 years without any issue, but this one after6 months looks like this and iam not pleased I have tried contacting apple to get this replaced for almost a month now but there website is completely impossible to manage and the case is not listed in repair option, so I guess this is my last ditch effort to get so kind of answer,

I would like to add I bought this case from Best Buy because I have a busy life, I coach 9 yr old girls softball and 12 yr old boys baseball and have full time job so don't have many days where I can stop and charge my phone so this case is and always have a life saver, I have included pictures of this case after less then 8 months of it being bought and you can maybe help me Get it replaced, since apple isnt gonna help me
