Toca Life World - Did not receive ingame purchase
I made a purchase for my daughter in Toca Life World and did not receive the item I purchased and there is no option for refund. This appears to be a blatant ripoff. Why is this allowed to happen? I have tried every knowledge article and suggestion and nothing works.

- restoring item throws an error in game
- reinstalling the game
- Yes the payment cleared
