No matter what I do, I cannot stop the screen rotation in my iPad 11. Please help. I’ve read all the articles on swiping down from the top making sure the button is locked. Then I go back to a site and it rotates again. Help.

I recommend that you Force ReStart your iPad as shown below and then lock the rotation function again:
Force restart iPad
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button and keep it pressed until Apple logo appears, release the button.
