Apple watch

I can’t get the band off of my Apple Watch. I change my bands all the time but now one side won’t release. How can I get it off?

Don't force it. The quickest way to get the problem resolved is to take it to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store near you and let them look at it.

Also, a tech at our local Genius Bar told my dad and I that putting non-Apple watch bands on our iWatches can cause damage/get stuck, because they’re not made specifically by Apple for Apple. Basically, he said people using the non-Apple watch bands are taking a risk. Hope that also helps. 😊
