Sound/Audio Is locked (Stop sign) on mute!! HELP

i have the same problem of another guy, i had already fixed it by installing the latest version of os, but now it's back. how can i fix it?

Sound/Audio Is locked (Stop sign) on mute

I was a video calling where the audio was working fine. Few hours after the VC, this problem started happening where the audio won't allow me to increase because its locked. This also prevents me from playing and videos.

When i load logic Pro x, "it also stated that there is no audio driver"

*Note : I have updated to the latest version of the OS.

It also states when I am accessing the system preferences>Sound preferences : "Sound preferences pane can't load"

I have tried a few things :

• Restarted computer.
• Reset NVRAM, SMC.
• Deleting plist.
• The headphone jack method.
• I have also tried a few commands in terminal .

Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot the problem and find a solution.

I don't think it may be a hardware problem because I was watching videos even after the VC.

Anything will be greatly appreciated? :)
