icloud storage issue

So I just bought 50GB of icloud storage to place my photos and videos in icloud to save space on my phone, but when I enabled add photos to my icloud and go back into the photos app, it says 455 items have not been uploaded to icloud, not enough storage, even though I have about 32GB left in my icloud storage. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Not Enough iCloud storage when there’s enough I’m tryna upload my photos to iCloud but I realize that my iCloud was full so I bought the 50GB storage and when I open the Photos app and went to my recents photos and scroll down it still says that there is not enough iCloud storage. iCloud Photos is Enabled in the Photos app settings also reseted the phone.

Hi, sign out of icloud, restart your device and then sign back in
