Hi, I removed instagram and i can’t download it, cause my app store shows me that its not deleted(i cant deleted from app store,its not worked).

I removed instagram, its not in my iphone storage,but when i restarted my phone instagram returns in my home screen like that (photo),what can i do?

I went to redownload it and in the app store it said “open” instead of redownload, i click open and nothing happens, i restart my phone and the app is on my phone but the icon is white with lines through it instead of the instagram icon, and nothing loads, when i go to delete it, it says “it will delete app and data, but and documents or data in icloud will be saved, any idea of what i can do to redownload and use instagram?

It say a deleted app is still installed Hi I have a problem with an app. I deleted instagram. And then turned off my phone. When I turned it on the app was still there but without photo. I deleted it again and I wanted to install it. But in the App Store still says that app is installed but it’s not. And is still in settings towards the bottom with other installed apps but not in iPhone storage.

Try to click on Open.
